Account Deletion
PawNote users can request account deletion in the app from Me / Account & Security / Delete Account. This page is provided for users who no longer have access to the app.
Google Sign-In-only accounts
If you created your PawNote account with Google Sign-In and do not have a PawNote username and password, email support@pawlog.cn to start a deletion request without reinstalling the app. PawNote support will provide the steps needed to verify control of the linked Google identity before scheduling deletion. Do not send your Google password or ID token by email.
Verify your account
Enter your PawNote username and password to schedule deletion. Your account enters a 30-day waiting period after verification. Signing in during that period can reactivate the account.
What will be deleted
After the waiting period, PawNote deletes or anonymizes account-related data, including sessions, login identities, pet profiles, notes, care records, feedback, media metadata, and uploaded media files where technically available.
What may be retained
Minimal records may be retained only when necessary for security, anti-abuse, audit, dispute handling, or legal compliance, and will be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
